We run weekly integration calls on Monday mornings between 7am and 8am PT. We believe in the power of being able to command the mind to experience more joy and ease and have found through working our own mental fitness programs are experiencing growth and expansion, improvements which ripple through our close relationships and family systems.

This program is over 20 years old, in which time has been taught at Stanford University and tested on over a million participants at this point.
It is neuroscience based (evidenced with white papers and peer reviewed studies) and shows us how to actually help ourselves rewire our brain. It teaches us how to switch from being reactionary to being able to respond. Through a number of daily tasks and reminders in the first 6 week programming part of the program we learn why we do the things we do and how we can recalibrate our mind to choose the state which we prefer. After the initial 6 week program - it switches to daily focus reminders and the continuation of strengthening our new neural pathways. These form new habits and as a result the likelihood of new and more empowering responses.
